On the Institute site, there are a collective Computer Graphic Service and Scientific Collective Services.
Action plans developed as part of the IUH research programs and the importance of purchasing new and high performance equipment have made it necessary to share resources and regroup equipment.
The Institute Collective Services were thus created to offer IUH researchers, as well as visitors, access to cytometry and confocal microscopy equipment, and the best conditions to carry out bioexperimentation in the EOPS (specific pathogen free) and conventional areas.

The imaging platform is a shared facility within the Institute of Hematology (IUH), located on the first floor of the Hayem building. The aim of the platform is to provide access to high-end technological equipment in the domain of imagery and cytometry, as well as technical support in operating these equipments.
The staff of the imaging department is composed by four engineers involved trained in operating the equipment and training new users. The platform is also actively implicated in the acquisition of novel instruments and in collaborating with the numerous groups of the institute for the development of new protocols and techniques.
The imaging platform is providing access to the following equipment and technologies:
1 confocal microscope ( LSM510 meta ZEISS)
2 fluorescence microscopes equipped with digital cameras
1 image analysis facility (AutoDeblur and Amira softwares)
2 cell-sorting cytometers ( Facs Vantage and Facs Vantage SE DiVa)
1 magnetic bead separation device (AutoMACS, Miltenyi)
1 analysis cytometer LSR (Becton Dickinson)
1 Phosphorimager (Storm 820, Molecular Dynamics)
1 Fluorchem imaging camera (Alpha Innotech)
1 Luminometre (Lumat LB9501, Berthold)
