Research programs

Being based on the scientific activity of its research laboratories, the Institute develops federative programs aiming at elucidating the mechanisms of diseases and at facilitating the evaluation and the transfer of diagnostic and therapeutic tools.

Generally, these programs use strategies of cellular and molecular biology, genomics, bioexperimentation, immunology and pharmacology. They are exerted in the medical fields of hematology, cancerology, transplantation and dermatology, themes of excellence of the Saint-Louis hospital.
